Dr Mark Pogson has been a technical advisor to the APA Group since 2009 on the Mondarra gas storage facility located in Western Australia. The Mondarra facility is an important infrastructure development for Western Australia, connected to both the Parmelia pipeline and DBNGPL, and providing approximately 18 PJ of storage capacity, 150 TJ/d of withdrawal and 70 TJ/d of injection capacity for natural gas storage.
Mark provided the APA Group technical advice and leadership in field development planning, reservoir management and monitoring and throughout the execution phase in development drilling and plant commissioning. Mark has an ongoing role in facility operations and commercialisation.
